What you’re in for

Starts in Skipton and picks up parts of the Dales High Way, the River Aire Ultra and the Pennine Way. Both ultra distances visit Malham Tarn and Gordale Scar. The fifty joins the Pennine Way over Fountains Fell to Pen-y-ghent, drops into Horton-in-Ribblesdale, then follows the Ribble Way back onto the fells and returns to Skipton along the Aire.

Stunning

Such a great route. Some great trails through to Malham and then a pretty flat run back to Skipton along the Pennine Way to Gargrave.

Wore Inov-8 Trailfly G 270. Our grade felt about right.
