The Yorkshire Three Peaks Race — Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough from Horton in Ribblesdale, run every April since 1954 and one of the oldest fell races in the country. A relay for teams of six runs the same course on the same morning. Entry carries a qualification standard.
