LDWA Marches
The Marches local group of the Long Distance Walkers Association. LDWA challenge events are walkers' events that welcome runners: you follow a written route description between checkpoints with food and drink, there is a time limit generous enough for a steady walk, and you get a certificate at the end. Entry is cheap, members pay less, and most events fill.
