The course

What you’re in for

An informal, not-for-profit 10km evening race from Milford Common, on the Stafford edge of Cannock Chase. It is one hilly lap, all off-road, with some technical trail. Arrows mark the basic route, but runners are expected to navigate with a map if needed. There are no water stations or distance markers. It starts at 7pm, and sign-on is inside the Run & Ride shop from 17:30. There are no medals; profits go to Muscular Dystrophy and the organisers buy finishers a drink at the Barley Mow afterwards. It is chip timed.
