What you’re in for

Held on the Stansted Estate near Rowland's Castle, on the Hampshire and West Sussex border, this route mixes woodland paths in the forest around the house with open fields and parkland, passing beneath Stansted House itself. Deer are often seen on the course. Climbing is modest, 269m on the half marathon, and all distances are rated 2/5. Waves for the 21.4k, 16.1k and 10k start at 9:00, 9:15 and 9:30, with a 1pm cut-off. No dogs. A steady spring option within easy reach of Portsmouth and Chichester.
