What you’re in for
A bank holiday Monday 10km from Marlow Rugby Club, run with Rebellion Brewery. The route has direct access to the Thames and uses local trails, woodland and towpath. It is undulating and about 75 percent off-road, and not suitable for buggies or dogs. Runners set off in unassigned waves between 9:30 and 9:40. There is a 2 hour cut-off, so walkers are welcome, and two cupless water refill points. There are no entries on the day, and online entries close at noon three days before. Finishers get a medal, a Rebellion pint cup and a bottle of beer or soft drink.
