What you’re in for

A fast, flat 5km from Plas Heli in Pwllheli at seven on a September evening, runners and walkers together, with a medal at the end and a place in the Black Sheep Triple Crown for those collecting the set. Road and promenade rather than trail, so it is the odd one out in this list — but it is the club's evening race, and for a lot of the Llŷn field it is the first Black Sheep event they ever do.
