The course
What you’re in for
A 9km trail race from Abbey Village school, looping through the woodland and past the water around Roddlesworth on good paths, with some quiet road. It sits early in the season, so it suits anyone building fitness as well as those racing hard. Shoes with grip are recommended. The course is fully marshalled and signed, with first aid on duty. Race numbers are collected on the day, minimum age is 16, and there is food and drink for finishers. Parking at the school is limited, so use the nearby roads and car park listed by the organiser. Proceeds go to the Abbey Village Primary School PTA.
