What you’re in for
A new Hardmoors ultra for 2027: 53 miles point to point up the coast from Fraisthorpe beach to Whitby. The route takes the coast path round Bridlington and Flamborough Head to Filey, then the Cleveland Way through Scarborough, Ravenscar and Robin Hood's Bay. About 2,225m of climb and 18 hours, from a nine o'clock start. Like the rest of the series it is unmarked, so you navigate yourself. Full details are promised for November.
