What you’re in for
A women-only 50 km race, billed as West Yorkshire's first, with an all-female crew. The circular route starts above Hebden Bridge and runs through woodland and over open moor to Haworth and back, with about 5,000 ft of climbing. It is marked, but runners are asked to carry a printout of the route. Four vegan-friendly checkpoints sit roughly six miles apart, including Walshaw Dean and Warley reservoirs, and there is a 10-hour cut-off. Trackers are provided and start lists can be anonymised on request. Parking at the community centre is very limited, so car sharing or a drop-off is advised. Hot food, a bar and a medal at the finish.
