Out of Fitz Park in Keswick on the Derwentwater trails, looking across to Skiddaw, Blencathra and the northern fells. 5k, 10k and 15k. Hard-packed trail with the occasional muddy section, and the legendary Bottomless Bogs of the Glenderaterra Valley, which is exactly the kind of thing a course description usually leaves out. Fully marked with more than forty marshals and stewards, and water at about 6k and 11k.
